Virtual Classroom Project
The Virtual Classroom represents an interface between the students and a virtual Instructor and provides personalized learning materials to the users. The Virtual classroom offers a possibility to the attendees to share different resources at once and work with them as if they were at the same place where (real) resources are.
There are many e-learning websites and e-learning systems that are available with excellent content and design but they generally lack interactive response. Students cannot ask questions and get responses immediately.
It is similar to one way communication for learning. However, learning is most effective when it actively constructs knowledge during group social interaction and collaboration.
Therefore, this system proposes to inspire creativity in e- learning called virtual classroom system by adding various modules like live lecture, Whiteboard technology, Chat-room, File sharing and various different student–teacher interactive modules.
It proposes an innovative combination of synchronous education using audio, and chat over the Internet, blended with asynchronous online discussions and group activities, to reach students who do not have direct access to information.
Using this virtual classroom on the internet, students can immediately interact with teachers as though they were studying in a real classroom.
