Customer Help Service Project
We are going to develop the Customer Help Service Application. In which, one application will be developed which has facility to search various categories business firms and sending email to customers and inquired business firm.
This type of the application is not currently present in the company.Employee can register the business firm, can handle the customer when he/she calls for the inquiry and can send email to the customer about inquired category firms and also send email the customer details to the inquired firms.
After developing this application, this application will use as a vast application in customer help service area where more types of products are available for the inquiry and service.
