The Real Estate System is a web application for properties where all type of buildings related information available at one place, where they/other get all kind of information like area, price images of buildings. 

In this the information about the buildings locations, details related information available on the bases of the builder certificate given to the particular building.

 Real Estate System also gives information related to land take. This system provides flexibility to getting useful information. Person who wants to see images and details of buildings does relate information can easily get these things in simple way. 

The application handles and manages the All the Registration Process for the any source to any destination. The client for the system is the any person who would use the system to register the any Detail or the Show the any Detail. 


The application reduces a lot of paper work and helps in efficient management of an integral part of the Government. It not only contributes at the ground level but also ensures productivity, consistency and efficiency for the Government at a holistic level.

The aim of this project was to build a real estate web application using Microsoft ASP .NET and SQL 2008. The programming environment was Visual Studio .NET 2010 using the C# programming language. 

The real estate system provides functionality for buyers, allowing them to search for houses by features or address. 

It provides functionality for the seller, allowing them to log into the system and add new advertisements or delete existing ones. For this purpose, each user is provided a login account with login ID and password access. 

This web application makes use of .NET features, including web controls, html controls, customer web controls, forms authentication, ADO .NET, error handling. The programming tasks included building the customer web controls and deploying these on the IIS web server.

 The system architecture is based on the three-tier enterprise architecture, comprised of a data layer, business logic, and a presentation layer

The project “Real Estate Auction System” is a website. An Online Real Estate Auction where visitors will search and filter the properties by field like property type, area, price, posted by owner or broker and search keyword. System includes users, owners, Brokers, Admins. 

System will categorize properties by commercial, non-commercial, industrial etc. System comprises of log in, log out system, password and profile management. System contains functions like property list, buy, sell, hire, rent. In this system, registered user can browse property, add property, edit property, and delete property. 

User can do rating on property. Broker can sign up and make bulk registration and they can connect clients and owners, apart from normal functionalities, this system is going to add Auction System and Verification. Admin panel will manage user, property, property type, city, state, builder gallery.

 Admin can put SMS verification to avoid fake user while registering. Admin will review properties and approve or reject it. Admin will control visibility of fields associated with any properties.

 This system contains section for finance, legal advices and applicable government rules to educate users about real estate industry.
