Our project CA-ERP system which will be an online system so that the Chartered Accounting firm having branches at different places can manage all things easily and can get access to the data whenever he wants and wherever he wants.


 System will have inbuilt coding of mathematical formula, accounting algorithms and pre-calculated vectors. It has regular updates at coding level of dynamic indices like VAT Cess, Excise and other taxes. System has online advance calculator for its users.

 It has document management and document generation module. CA firm has generally around 100 clients, they share and manage their documents through E-mails or FTP.

 After sharing they AUDIT and do accounting. The system has following users as per the role assigned to them
 1. CA  a. View/Edit the profile . b. Add and manage clients which are associated with their firm and provide a unique identification id to them. c. Add News/ knowledge based on taxations and its rules. d. Upload and download clients documents, View all clients file uniquely. e. Add Employee of the firm and assign task to them. f. Also manage different users in system and assign their role. g. Generate invoice of clients and can view all invoices.

This online car rental site contains mainly two modules admin and customer, admin is the authorized person who is having full control over the system like he is having full authority of all operations like a insert, update and delete car and customer details.
